We are now looking for a FC Administrative Assistant to join our Italian team. This is a full-time position, primarily based in Milan or Rome, with flexibility for travel as required.

Primary task
Reading and monitoring certified email accounts (correspondence with the Italian Tax Authority “Agenzia delle Entrate”, Chamber of Commerce);
Support and management of administrative procedures with various entities (Italian Tax Authority “Agenzia delle Entrate”, Customs, Consortia, etc.);
Signing and filing documents;
Handling various document requests from different stakeholders (banks, advisors, headquarters);
Unblocking and preparing payments to suppliers;
Checking receipts;
Using cash management platforms (Agicap);
Categorizing payments/receipts;
Cash management rules;
Coordination with the Financial Controller responsible for the relevant portfolios;
Active participation in meetings;
Coordination and support for tax credit transfer activities;

Flexible, reliable, and willing to travel when required.
General expectations of competences and experience
High school diploma or equivalent;
Basic knowledge of English language;
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Nice to Have: Previous experience in professional firms or structured administrative departments;
Available to start as soon as possible.
