Minimum 2 years of certification and post-certification experience. Ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback. Demonstrated competence in conducting standardized behavioural assessments and designing comprehensivetreatment plans. Excellent data collection, analysis, and documentation skills. Strong communication skills, particularly in working collaboratively with parents and multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to maintaining ethical and evidence-based practice standards. Ability to implement basic safety and response procedures in the event of a seizure.
