Tasks
* Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts
* Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Create and negotiate tailored rate offers and agreements
* Acquire new customers using advanced sales tools and market insights
* Conduct sales visits and presentations to promote Lufthansa’s products and services
* Maintain customer data and track activities in our CRM system
* Encourage customers to use our innovative eServices
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver logistic solutions
* Support local sales events and customer initiatives
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 3–5 years of experience in Aircargo Sales
* Familiarity with cargo forwarders and customers in Italy
* Understanding of Italian business culture
* Fluent in Italian and English (German is an advantage)
* Strong knowledge of the airfreight industry and sales practices
* Proficient with IT, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Experience with key Air Cargo systems and tools
