The Role
We are looking for a PR & Influencer Marketing Intern to support the PR team across press office activities, influencer relations, and client communications.
This is a hands-on role working directly with the PR Director across active client accounts.
This is not a study phase. This is a working role within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Press Office
* Build and update media lists (journalists, editors, publications)
* Support press outreach and follow-ups
* Assist in drafting press materials and press releases
* Monitor coverage and prepare reports
Influencer Marketing
* Research and manage influencer lists (Italy + international)
* Support seeding, gifting, and relationship tracking
* Coordinate influencer activations and campaigns
* Track results and performance
Client Support
* Assist PR Director on daily client work
* Prepare presentations, reports, and materials
* Support guest lists and event coordination when required
Requirements
* Strong interest in PR, media, and influencer marketing
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Strong written communication skills
* Comfortable using Excel, Canva, and digital tools

Important
This is a 6-month full-time work experience (€600/month) .
We are looking for someone who:
* Is fully available and based in Milan
* Is comfortable working primarily in-office
* Understands this is a real working environment, not a study phase
* Is reliable, consistent, and able to execute tasks quickly and accurately
