* ITIESTo ensure that production is carried out in accordance with production specifications, technical specifications, technical drawings and customer-specific characteristics at any time to meet production sched
* ules.Managing resources with a continuous improvement approach in order to realize production at the lowest
* cost.To disseminate and ensure correct use of continuous improvement tools for improvement of quality and
* cost.To take preventive measures by working in cooperation with related units in order to eliminate the prob
* lems.Ensuring and improving process efficiency in line with the determined ta
* rget.To ensure the timely commissioning of the changes made on the product and the parts to be commissioned by working in coordination with the product engineering in order to meet the change dem
* ands.Ensure elimination of the process losses by using improvement t
* ools.Manage improvement / automation activities to reduce production
* time.Managing Maintenance department in cooperation with supervisor with mainte
