PWe are looking for an HR Manager with solid experience in operational and business partnering activities, who will act as a trusted partner for the assigned corporate function and support managers across the full employee lifecycle.
/ppThe role requires a hands-on and proactive professional able to combine day-to-day HR management with a strategic approach to people and organizational topics.

/li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliAt least 5–6 years of consolidated experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role; /liliStrong experience in both recruiting and broader HR management/business partnering activities; /liliExposure to organizational design and workforce planning topics; /liliAbility to build effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization; /liliHands-on mindset combined with strong communication and problem-solving skills; /liliGood understanding of HR processes and Italian labor law principles; /liliFluent English and Italian.
