In this global role, you will design, implement and govern the Channel Partner Program for ABB Grid Automation software. You will coordinate with product, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful partner enablement and performance. You'll monitor KPIs, drive compliance and risk management, and align partner initiatives with product launches. Your work will shape how ABB scales its software partnerships across markets, delivering value to customers and partners. This role offers impact through cross‐functional leadership and global program governance. Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain the Channel Partner Program for Grid Automation software offerings Define objectives, KPIs and success metrics for partners Ensure policy, contractual, ethical, quality, safety and regulatory compliance Develop onboarding and training materials for Grid Automation partners Coordinate enablement initiatives (certifications, workshops, webinars) Act as liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues Track partner performance and prepare leadership dashboards Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and improvement opportunities Identify and mitigate channel operation risks Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and Operations; align programs with launches Improve program processes for efficiency and scalability; implement partner management tools Manage program budgets and ensure cost‐effectiveness Evaluate local homologation requirements with partners and plan activities Uphold ABB values of safety and integrity and ensure policy compliance Qualifications University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering/Automation/IT 5+ years xrdztoy in product marketing, product management or similar in a multicultural environment Experience with Electrical Transmission and Distribution Networks (HV/MV) Experience with SCADA and Energy Management Systems (EMS) Knowledge of the Utility segment (TSO and DSO) Experience with multi‐channel go‐to‐market and channel partners Ability to work in an international environment with a collaborative attitude Global mindset, intercultural sensitivity and strong communication skills Understanding of business strategy, budgets and performance targets #J-18808-Ljbffr
