The role will be responsible for managing direct and indirect purchasing activities, supporting supplier negotiations, RFQ processes, and procurement operations in line with business priorities and company procedures. /ppOverall purpose of the role: Purchase goods, materials, and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, considering price, quality, and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCommercial Negotiation on Spot and annual basis (price / payment terms / delivery, analysis and evaluation of bids to determine the optimal values) /liliRFI / RFQ management and administration on spot and annual basis /liliOrders management (Approval, Manual print, release sending) /liliSuppliers’ system management according with IATF 16949:2016 certification /liliSuppliers / Internal customer claims management /liliContract management and revision for new and existing contract /liliPurchasing office administration work (Archive, contracts + reporting) /liliMaster data management – Production -Non-Production – new part + MRP /liliImport and Export management /liliSupport procurement process compliance and implementation of Purchasing strategy for Cambiano /liliReporting (rebate program, annual and spot savings) /liliConsolidation of existing supplier portfolio /li /ulh3Experience / Skills / Education /h3ulliBachelor’s degree with a business or technical background. /liliThree (3) plus years of experience in purchasing or related field. /liliAutomotive Industry experience is an advantage. /liliStrong communication and negotiation skills. /liliKnowledge of national and international contract/agreement. /liliKnowledge of administration and financial purchasing. /liliProficient in the use of Microsoft excel and desired Navision skills. /liliHighly collaborative and able to work as a peer within a regional and global organization. /liliFluent in English both oral and written. /liliSelf-motivated and self-driven attitude. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
