As Product Manager Hygiene, you will drive the commercial development of the Hygiene portfolio across its lifecycle, from launch to phase‑out. You will shape assortment, pricing, and positioning to maintain competitiveness and category growth, collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You’ll analyze market trends, monitor performance, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on management of tenders, promotions, and regulatory compliance, offering meaningful impact in a fast‑moving consumer hygiene category.

* Monitor performance metrics and extract strategic insights
* Study market share, evolution and product trends
* Define range tactics, roadmap, positioning, pricing, and promotions
* Manage full product lifecycle: launch, growth, optimisation, phase‑out
* Support Group product selection and challenge decisions when needed
* Plan online/offline promotions with Communication & Digital teams
* Negotiate purchasing conditions with suppliers
* Lead multi‑market negotiations and secure competitive pricing and terms
* Conduct supplier business reviews and strengthen partnerships
* Oversee quality, certifications, service levels, OTIF and lead times
* Support Quote & Tenders team for bids
* Analyze tender requirements and define offer strategy and contributions
* Conduct post‑mortem reviews and implement improvements
* Train the sales force and support complex offers
* Align with Sales on priorities, forecasts, KPIs and customer needs
* Collaborate with Hygiene specialists for customer feedback on managed products
* Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations (biocides, labelling, safety, HACCP)
* Manage timelines, milestones, cross‑functional alignment and risk monitoring
Responsabilità
* 3/6+ years of experience as Product Manager in Hygiene/Detergency
* Experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations
* Experience managing public/private tenders
* Strong analytical skills: pricing, elasticity, mix, margin, P&L, advanced Excel
* Excellent relational and communication skills; able to work with Sales, Supply, Marketing, Legal, and Quality
* Deep knowledge of Hygiene/Detergency market (trends, competitors, regulations)
