What we are offering:
An Assistant Store Manager position in our store in Roma.
On a day-to-day basis, your role will be to support the Store Manager by assisting with the commercial and operational management of the store, managing a team, coaching and training team members, engaging in store animation, and ensuring adherence to our VM guidelines.

Qualifications
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in sales within an upper-end brand and possess a passion for fashion and luxury.
Ideal candidates are hard-working, dynamic, energetic, and committed to excellent customer service.
They should be good mentors capable of fostering team cohesion and compassionate managers focused on coaching and development.
Proficiency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
