Job no: JR110748Work type: PermanentLocation: Shepparton Private HospitalCategories: Management, Administration/Support ServicesThe OpportunityThe Patient Administration Manager will be responsible for the management of patient administration services throughout Shepparton Private Hospital.This is a key leadership position which will see the successful candidate:Support the opening of the hospital and assist in the hiring of the Administration DepartmentLead the reception, scheduling and clerical teamsEnsure accurate and timely completion of patient admissions, discharges and management of patient out of pocket costsEnsure the appropriate management of patient records and that data is collected, collated and managed in line with site, state and federal legislative requirementsAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will have exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing coupled with the ability to lead, motivate and develop others to achieve results.
