PJob DescriptionbrThe IT Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the continuity of running IT services both in terms of effectiveness and efficiency and in compliance with the shared SLAs. Receiving the support requests filtered by the Help Desk, analyzing the issues and establishing the priorities, making workarounds and/or minor application fixes in order to guarantee business continuity, monitoring recurrent requests and drafting evolutionary guidelines aimed at improving the performance and quality of the service itself, participating in the roll-out phases for fixes and new features. The core responsibilities of the role include: the ability to promptly fix the issues and the quality of the outcome given to the internal customerbr1.01 Provides level II support according to shared SLAsbr1.02 Diagnoses application issues and implements solutions to ensure service continuity (application configuration or workaround)br1.03 Monitors the availability and efficiency of applicationsbr1.04 Uses data recovery procedures and backup to recover the required information and/or restore the ideal solutionbr1.05 Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to quickly process queries and investigations on the dbbr1.06 Provides support in data recovery and, if necessary, supports end-user trainingbr1.07 Follows and respects standard procedures for the escalation of unresolved issuesbr1.08 Records all events, problems encountered and their resolution (for tracking purposes)br1.09 Tracks recurring problems and prepares reports to report improvements to the product /servicebr1.10 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilitiesbr1.11 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies to within its own function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the businessbr1.12 Adopts behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Organizational Community /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
