Responsibilities - Define and implement the Hospitality & Residential Marketing Segment plan based on HQ Priorities and Strategy - Responsible for the definition and implementation of the Go-to-Market activities for the assigned segments and for specific offerings (hardware, service, digital, content) by working together with the Product Marketing team and Communication Marketing team. - Together with other departments, the Hospitality & Residential Marketing Segment is responsible to lead the process and the execution of the marketing activities in all channels, on and offline. Together with the other departments (Sales teams, GSN, Product Marketing, CRM) is responsible for the definition and the local execution of commercial initiatives in accordance with HQ and country priorities. - Monitor the ROI of the segment marketing investment. - Responsible for the Leads generation of the assigned sources such as Tradeshow, Events, and Partners - Together with the Marketing Communication team and in accordance with the global editorial calendar, is responsible for the communication of relevant content for the specific audience through the newsletter, social media, and direct mailing. - With the goal to create the ultimate consumer experience, the Hospitality & Residential Marketing Segment supports all the stakeholders and customers to implement the ultimate consumer experience in all touch points (sellout materials, marketing support, etc) - Collaborate and support the Country marketing manager to organize and execute the defined marketing activities to reach the expected results in terms of Leads, Proposals, and Orders by guaranteeing the correct Brand positioning. - Responsible for the management and organization of Technogym events dedicated to the Hospitality & Residential Segment and of the participation in Tradeshow, Conference, and Events of the assigned segment. - Working together with the CRM team in order to guarantee the effectiveness of marketing activities.
