If you naturally fit in with our culture by practicing sport and living a healthy lifestyle and are forward-thinking, always proactive and digital savvy, you have the right spirit to join Technogym About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Trade Marketing Hospitality & Residential who will be in charge of creating, planning, and executing trade strategies on a global scale to support the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities - Define and implement the Hospitality & Residential Marketing Segment plan based on HQ Priorities and Strategy - Responsible for the definition and implementation of the Go-to-Market activities for the assigned segments and for specific offerings (hardware, service, digital, content) by working together with the Product Marketing team and Communication Marketing team. - Together with other departments, the Hospitality & Residential Marketing Segment is responsible to lead the process and the execution of the marketing activities in all channels, on and offline. Together with the other departments (Sales teams, GSN, Product Marketing, CRM) is responsible for the definition and the local execution of commercial initiatives in accordance with HQ and country priorities. - Monitor the ROI of the segment marketing investment. - Responsible for the Leads generation of the assigned sources such as Tradeshow, Events, and Partners - Together with the Marketing Communication team and in accordance with the global editorial calendar, is responsible for the communication of relevant content for the specific audience through the newsletter, social media, and direct mailing. - With the goal to create the ultimate consumer experience, the Hospitality & Residential Marketing Segment supports all the stakeholders and customers to implement the ultimate consumer experience in all touch points (sellout materials, marketing support, etc) - Collaborate and support the Country marketing manager to organize and execute the defined marketing activities to reach the expected results in terms of Leads, Proposals, and Orders by guaranteeing the correct Brand positioning. - Responsible for the management and organization of Technogym events dedicated to the Hospitality & Residential Segment and of the participation in Tradeshow, Conference, and Events of the assigned segment. - Working together with the CRM team in order to guarantee the effectiveness of marketing activities. Requirements - 5-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing or time spent in the field of marketing/communication - 3 years of experience in the H&R segment (Hotels, Cruises, Residential, etc) - Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing - Marketing and market analysis skills - Strong Knowledge of CRM (preferably Salesforce) - Project Management and problem-solving - Sell out tools & merchandising - Ability to create and cultivate a network - Project Management - Presentation & Communication Skills Digital Marketing Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, and ethics complete the desired profile Technogym is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Discover your potential with a career at Technogym, where work means loving what you do, taking on challenges, learning from others, sharing a vision and making it come true!
