Ph3Job Description /h3pFor more than 85 years, Arrow has guided innovation forward for more than 220,000 of the world’s leading technology manufacturers and service providers through a relentless focus on capturing emerging trends, developing deep relationships with top suppliers, and working collaboratively with customers to build solutions that solve the challenges of tomorrow. /ph3Position /h3pBusiness Analyst EMEA /ph3What You Are Doing /h3ulliFinancial planning forecasting: Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and long‑range plans; analyze variances vs. plan, prior year, and latest outlook. /liliBusiness performance analysis: Provide margin, pricing, volume, mix, and cost‑to‑serve analysis; identify risks/opportunities and recommend actions. /liliMonth‑end support reporting: Support close activities (accruals, reclasses, review of results) and deliver recurring management reports and dashboards. /liliManagement presentations: Prepare clear, decision‑oriented materials for leadership (commentary, bridge analyses, KPIs, and key drivers). /liliData integrity controls: Ensure data accuracy across ERP/reporting tools; maintain documentation and follow SOX/internal control expectations. /liliProcess improvement: Streamline reporting and planning processes (automation, standard templates, self‑service reporting) to improve speed and quality. /liliStakeholder partnering: Act as a finance business partner to operational teams; challenge assumptions and support strategic initiatives. /liliAd hoc analysis: Support business cases, investment analyses, and special projects (e.g., cost reductions, profitability improvement, working capital). /li /ulh3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /liliExperience: 3+ years in financial analysis, FPA, or controllership in a matrixed organization. /liliTechnical skills: Advanced Excel; experience with ERP (e.g., Oracle) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau or similar). /liliFinancial acumen: Strong understanding of PL, balance sheet linkages, accrual concepts, and variance/driver analysis. /liliCommunication: Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non‑finance partners and leaders.
