Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Milan office. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and supporting team activities, including internal events.

Remote working can be considered, with flexibility depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently

* Provide administrative support, including documentation, coordination with vendors, and basic reporting

* Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners related to office matters

* Support the organization of internal meetings, team activities, and company events when required

* Coordinate office supplies, services, and general facilities management

* Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members

* Maintain organized records and ensure smooth internal processes


Required Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Ability to work independently and proactively

* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

* Good communication skills

Language Requirements
* Italian: Fluent - English: Not mandatory, but recommended

Working Conditions
* 80% part-time role (approximately 9:00–16:00)

* Hybrid or remote working options can be considered

* Based in Milan, with occasional in-office presence as needed
