Join our company as an Senior L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customer site.
Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipmentAssist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectorsInstall, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when requiredProvide smart hands support for servers, network devices, and site equipment under remote guidanceHelp with basic router and switch installationsAssist with datacenter-related tasks and backup activitiesAsset managementHandle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
Location: Milan (city center - fully onsite)
Requirements:
2-5 years of IT experience (or equivalent)Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products, Familiarity with ticketing systemStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applicationsUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi),Good English and fluent ItalianFamiliarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management,Communicative and supportive attitude
