We are currently recruiting a Senior Accountant to join our Administration & Finance team.
Responsibilities
Support general accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including management of vendor invoices;
Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets autonomously, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards;
Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities, contributing to the preparation of statutory financial statements;
Handle periodic tax obligations and ensure compliance with Italian fiscal regulations;
Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and ensure data accuracy and consistency;
Prepare financial reports and balance sheet analyses to support management decisions;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors, ensuring efficient information flow and high-quality documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting roles, preferably within structured and industrial environments.
Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Solid knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and current tax regulations.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is considered a plus.
High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Analytical mindset combined with problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
