Sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling, this role partners closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science, Creative, Measurement) and external clients to drive business impact through insights.brYou’ll be the go-to expert on turning 1P and 3rd party data into clear, actionable narratives that support sales efforts, shape thought leadership, and inform go-to-market strategies.brResponsibilities:br- Translate complex data into client-ready insights, using both TikTok’s internal platform data and syndicated sourcesbr- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Data Science, Product, Creative, Measurement, Marketing) to deliver strategic insights that support commercial objectivesbr- Partner with the local researcher to execute thought leadership projects and surface market-specific narrativesbr- Work directly with clients and external partners to align on measurement frameworks, performance drivers, and market trendsbr- Support the sales teams with insights that elevate pitches, campaigns, and strategic planning across industriesbr- Represent the Research Insights team at the Milan office and the company at local industry events, webinars, or other places where your work can come to lifebrstrongQualificationsbr/strongMinimum qualifications:br- Experience in a data, insights, or analytics role, ideally within digital marketing, platforms, or mediabr- Proficiency in SQL and Python to analyze data at scale and automate insightsbr- Ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights and compelling narrativesbr- Solid understanding of 1P and 3rd party data sources, with hands-on experience using platforms like GWI, Kantar, Nielsen, or similarbrPreferred qualifications:br- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill technical data into business-impactful storytellingbr- Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externallybr- Fluent in Italian, English and Spanish as this role will work with Italian and Spanish speaking stakeholders and vendorsbrstrongAbout TikTokbr/strongTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
