They must listen to the children, work side‑by‑side with them, and discover alongside them all of the wonders of the world they are getting to know. Teachers will be in a constant cycle of research, into the educative approach, into new lines of inquiry emerging from the children, into new techniques and tools that can enhance the children’s learning.br/The teachers are expected to design and plan projects on an ongoing and constant basis, to document the children’s work and display it for the children, families, colleagues, and even the public.
