Night Auditor/Customer Assistant First class hotel, located in the historical centre of Siracusa, Sicily, selects a Night Auditor/Customer Assistants for the season March 2025-October 2025 We are looking for a person who will assist guests in every moment of their holiday and business, from reservations and check-in, to escorting them to the rooms, moving their baggage and parking their car, introducing the hotel amenities and the town beauties and points of interest, helping with complimentary bar service, concierge and night care as well as preparing breakfast buffets. He/she will work, for the necessary training time, side by side to the permanent hotel clerks - speak English or Italian as your first language; - if English is not your mother tongue, you must carry a certificate of proficiency in English (TOEFL, FRST or equivalent); - possibly speak a third language; - carry a very good curriculum studiorum; - have communication and interpersonal skills and a strong culture of customer service; - be happy to work in shifts, including nights, with the maximum flexibility in the job description; - be dynamic and prone to show initiative and solve problems; Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Part-time, Tempo determinato Durata contratto: 6 mesi Retribuzione: a partire da €1.000,00 al mese Ore previste: 40 a settimana Benefit: - Buoni pasto Disponibilità: - Festivo - Orario flessibile - Turni - Turno notturno - Weekend Retribuzione supplementare: - Premio di produzione - Quattordicesima - Tredicesima
