About the Company
Smart Venice (www.smartvenice.org) is launching an open call to create a reserve list of diverse profiles for forthcoming collaborations to develop our international projects' portfolio with high societal impact and grow it further. We are looking for talented professionals who can be contacted for:
* Freelance, ad hoc collaborations (not necessarily on a full time basis)
* Employment opportunities – you might be based in Italy (to work in hybrid or full remote mode) or abroad via Employer of Record (EoR, full remote), particularly for cross-cutting roles such as project management and communication.
About the Role
We welcome applications from candidates with different combinations of expertise and minimum 5 years of experience, including:
Topical expertise in:
* Gender equality and intersectionality
* Innovation in organizational or territorial contexts
* Socio-technical innovations
Methodological expertise in:
* Qualitative and quantitative social or policy research
* Co-creation and participatory processes
* Capacity building: training design and delivery
* Science communication
Cross-cutting skills:
* Project management and coordination
* Proactivity, creativity and autonomy in work
* Teamwork
* Excellent writing and drafting abilities
* Advanced English proficiency (C1 level, certification preferred)
Qualifications
* Master’s degree required
* PhD is considered an advantage
Pay range and compensation package
Depending on expertise and seniority, and type of contract/assignement
