The Role
We are seeking a Growth Data Analyst – someone curious, analytical and proactive. A self‑starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data, uncovering meaningful insights and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical teams. You should be comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced remote environment and genuinely excited about crypto trading and analytics.
Your Day‑to‑Day
* Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels and product performance.
* Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities and risks.
* Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis.
* Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event‑tracking consistency and reliable measurement frameworks.
* Suggest experimentation(vectorizing success metrics, validating results and recommending next steps).
* Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams.
* Assist in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning.
* Manage data pipelines and analysis for HubSpot in collaboration with the BD team.
This is a remote position and candidates will need to work primarily within European time zones.
What You Bring to the Table
* 3 years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry.
* Proficiency with a product analytics tool such as Amplitude or MixPanel.
* Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis.
* Working knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta or X and a good understanding of marketing attribution.
* Understanding of APIs, webhooks and first‑party data integrations between marketing and backend systems.
* Skilled at building KPI dashboards and cohort reports; ability to translate data into clear insights and business impact.
* Experience implementing and troubleshooting tracking pixels, event schemas and UTM structures across multiple channels.
* Familiarity with blockchain, crypto exchanges and user acquisition KPIs such as deposits and trading volume is a strong plus.
* Light Python or SQL experience is a plus.
