Food and Beverage Operations Manager

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring that all aspects of food and beverage service are delivered to the highest standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the preparation and presentation of all food and beverage items.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
* Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain accurate records.
* Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a college degree, preferably in hospitality management or a related field. A minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting, is essential. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
