We're now looking for a hands-on, mission-aligned Tech Lead to help shape this vision, someone who’s just as passionate about people and collaboration as they are about code. What you'll do Architect and implement scalable, secure systems across frontend and backend (Flutter, Firebase, GCP) Own AI / ML integrations, including MLOps foundations and third-party AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Vertex AI) Lead and mentor a small, cross-functional tech team (Flutter, backend, AI / ML) Collaborate closely with product, design and clinical experts to turn user needs into elegant, compliant technical solutions Ensure delivery aligns with quality, performance and regulatory standards (GDPR, EU AI Act) Drive code reviews, documentation, testing, DevOps, and CI / CD best practices Support and nurture a high-trust, psychologically safe team culture built on collaboration, learning and continuous improvement What you bring Must-have : 5 years of full-stack software development, including Flutter / Dart Strong experience with Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, and backend APIs (REST / gRPC) Exposure to AI / ML pipelines or production use of AI APIs Demonstrated ability to work closely with designers to turn UX / UI concepts into accessible, high-quality digital products Experience partnering with product teams to shape the roadmap and assess technical feasibility Strong written and verbal communication in English A team-first mindset : proactive, empathetic, and committed to helping others grow A desire to build something socially meaningful, not just technically impressive Nice-to-have : Experience in digital health, senior care, or wellness technology Clear understanding of GDPR and experience or interest in regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, wellbeing) Familiarity with EU AI Act compliance, risk classification or ethical AI design Experience integrating with third-party hardware or APIs (e.g. wearables) Leadership in early-stage product development or startup environments Impact-driven mission : help redefine how people experience aging with dignity, independence, and joy Product with purpose : shape a new category in tech-enabled senior living and preventative wellbeing Culture of trust and collaboration : work in a psychologically safe, no-blame environment where learning and growth are encouraged Autonomy and influence : have a real voice in both technical decisions and product direction Remote-first and flexible : collaborate from anywhere in Italy with flexibility built into how we work Opportunity for growth : join at an early stage with long-term potential for leadership, impact, and equity J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
