The person will be part of Arco Felice Plant joining the Procurement Team.
He/She, reporting to Procurement Plant Manager, will cooperate with the Team in the following tasks:
1. Reviewing vendor proposals to ensure that they are complete and accurate per existing procedures
2. Preparing purchase orders for goods or services being purchased by the company
3. Communicating with vendors regarding order status, payment issues, delivery schedules, problems with shipping or quality of goods, etc.
4. Coordinating with other departments within the organization regarding the status of orders, including department heads, shipping companies, customer service representatives, and accounting staff
5. Keeping records of all transactions related to purchasing activities, including invoice numbers, dates of purchase, items purchased, prices paid, and terms of sale
6. Supporting the plant in managing the Snow task management respecting the current procedure
7. Matching purchase orders with invoices and other documentation to ensure that all purchases have been recorded correctly
8. Supporting the Plant Buyer optimizing the current process flows and procedures
9. Supporting the Plant Buyer developing a management system in order to simplify the validation vendor documentation gathering
Qualifications:
10. Master’s degree in economics or management with a focus on Business Administration

11. Language : proficiency knowledge of English
12. Communication: He/She may be required to communicate with suppliers, managers and other procurement representatives. Effective communication can help to convey information clearly and answer questions.
13. Organization: He/She may be responsible for managing multiple projects at once. Organization skills can help to keep track of all the information you need to complete assigned tasks.
14. Attention to detail: He/She must be able to notice mistakes and inconsistencies in data and information to ensure that the company is receiving the correct products and services.
15. Problem-solving: He/She may be responsible for finding solutions to problems that arise during the procurement process. This could involve finding a new supplier or finding a way to work around potential delivery delays.
16. Negotiation: He/She may be responsible for negotiating with other departments to ensure that the company is receiving the correct items and in the correct quantities considering the right specs.
