Skills & Responsibilities
* Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
* Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
* Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
* Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010. Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.
* Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
* Perform preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
* Have a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
* Work effectively in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Valid work permit.
* Extensive knowledge of IT and computers.
* Several years of relevant experience preferred.
* Italian language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
