Ph3Are you the service-minded team player to join the EMEA performance parts customer service team /h3 pPAC Performance parts Customer servicesupports Valmet spare partsand consumablessales and operations within Europe Middle East and Africa. We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our spare parts sales team in Italy for paper and board and packaging machines. /p pIn this role you will handle external quotation requests and sales orders mainly to Italian customers. You follow that the deliveries are on time and keep the external customers informed. Your desk wont be empty there will always be new orders and inquiries as well as item related updates. /p pThis position will be based in Lucca. Milano might be considered as additional location. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and maintain long-term relationships and networks (internal and external) and establish existing business relationships with customers to continuously generate business for Valmet /li liAssess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services /li liPromote and sell products according to internal guidelines negotiate prices and delivery times as agreed and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. /li liGenerate sales leads customer feedback and information on competitor activity to respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. /li liExpedites the resolution to address customers needs problems and complaints /li liSpeed up the resolution process to address customer needs issues and complaints following-up daily tasks and queues in the timely manner. /li liEffectively respond to incidents and crises to minimize harm restore operations and identify lessons learned. /li liAchieve agreed-upon bookings and sales targets within the established timeframe and meet individual and team KPIs. /li liEnsure that statutory customer and internal HSE requirements are met in all operations and activities. /li /ul h3Expectations /h3 pTo be successful in this position you need to becustomer-oriented and service-minded person with a positive can do attitude. You need to be a team player and good at building up your own contact network. Willingness to learn new things and ability to take responsibility are essential in this role. /p ul liBachelors or other equivalent technical or commercial degree /li liPrevious experience in similar role is an asset /li liFluency in Italian and English both written and verbal /li liAbility to read technical drawings /li liKnowledge of pulp and papermaking machinery and/or processes is an important asset /li liCustomer orientation and capability to work under high pressure and keeping time schedules /li liStrong problem solving communication and decision-making skills /li liStrong organization and teamwork skills and ability to work in global matrix organization /li liFlexibility /li liAbility to learn new IT systems fast MS Office skills /li liPrevious experience on service business or engineering is considered an advantage as well as fundamentals and experience on procurement or customer service /li /ul h3Leadership Principles /h3 ul liTake accountability Act with ownership set clear expectations and follow through /li liLead with courage Champion change try bold ideas and learn quickly /li liBuild on trust Listen to understand be open and create psychological safety /li liCollaborate for growth Work across boundaries value diverse perspectives and focus on customer value /li /ul h3We offer /h3 pWe offer you an interesting position in a global business environment with many opportunities for personal growth and development.
