Customer Service Representative Your Responsibilities In this role' you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Handling customer inquiries via phone and email - Independently managing operational tasks related to account maintenance - Managing and processing credit card requests - Reviewing and supporting customers in cases of credit denial Your Profile We are looking for proactive individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working with numbers.
