Overview
We are looking for a senior UI designer who loves to design visual communication for digital touchpoints to grant online brand consistency and performance data driven. The use of tools and software is meant to provide not only aesthetic solutions but also to help brands make their online communication more effective.
As a UI designer you will work collaboratively across Develon teams - strategist, UX designers, developers - on various projects in several business areas for international brands. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker which aims to find the right balance between visual communication, user experience and achievement of the KPI agreed with the customer. A strong aptitude in understanding clients needs is required as well as the assumption of responsibility on the quality of the output and the ability to interact both with the client and with the members of the internal / external multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Develon teams – strategist, UX designers, developers – on various projects across multiple business areas for international brands.
- Design visual communication for digital touchpoints to ensure online brand consistency and data-driven performance.
- Aim to balance visual communication, user experience and achievement of the KPI agreed with the customer.
- Understand client needs and take responsibility for the quality of the output; interact with clients and internal/external multidisciplinary teams.
- Advocate for what the client wants to reach and present mockups to the client to convey the value of aesthetic choices.
- Develop visual language for each touchpoint in alignment with UX designers and FE developers.
- Present mockups to help the customer understand the value of design decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in user interface design for websites, apps, kiosks, and similar interfaces.
- Ability with software like Photoshop, InVision, and related tools to create and present mockups to the client.
- Strong understanding of client needs and ability to interact with both clients and internal/external teams.
- Strong information sharing on marketing updates, results achieved and new goals (d.breakfast).
- Creativity and aesthetic finesse; leadership and decision making; willingness to guide growth and improvement of young talents.
- Research and Development on innovative topics.
