Operations Specialist (UK & DE) – Milan
For a leading international company, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to support operational activities across the UK and Germany network.
Location: Milan
Languages required: Fluent English and German
What you’ll do
You will join the Operations team and manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of locker installation sites, working closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
Key responsibilities
Survey & Site Preparation
* Request and follow up on survey reports from vendors
* Coordinate with partners and vendors
* Oversee site preparation activities
Installation Support
* Coordinate the process from survey to installation completion
* Manage installations and follow up on failed attempts
* Ensure system data alignment (Locker/Counter)
Maintenance & Ticket Management
* Monitor the ticket queue on a daily basis
* Manage downtime and locker reactivations
* Handle non‑urgent requests (maintenance, cleaning, spare parts)
* Manage supply orders and restocking
Operational Support
* Handle incoming emails and requests from hosts/partners
* Coordinate cross‑functional activities between internal teams and vendors
* Keep systems and records updated
Reporting & Monitoring
* Prepare weekly reports on surveys, installations, tickets, and downtime
* Monitor performance and manage escalations
Requirements
* Fluent in English and German
* Experience in operations or project coordination
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
