Through our work, we deliver insights and provide support that keep laboratories running smoothly and more efficiently. /p pbJoin our dynamic organization to be a part of this rewarding and exciting work! /b /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with on‑site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our bHPLC and GC systems. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities /li liContact customers in a timely manner and schedule service efficiently /li liConnect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations /li liMaintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures /li liComplete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately /li liAddress customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service /li /ul pThis role combines bremote work /b with bregular travel to one of Agilent's largest clients in Termoli /b, while also supporting further customers within the surrounding area or out of region. A company car will be provided for your convenience. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar. /li liPractical experience with HPLC and/or GC, gained either through technical support or as an end user of these systems. /li liPreferred: 1–2 years of experience in liquid and/or gas chromatography within a pharmaceutical environment. /li liFull proficiency in Italian and good level of English (especially reading understanding). /li liA valid driving license. /li /ul pOn a personal level, you are bproactive, outgoing /b and bcustomer oriented /b. You enjoy working bboth autonomously and as part of a team /b, to solve various types of problems.
