Job Overview
As an HR Administration professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and safety of employees within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all mandatory and periodical medical checks, including orchestrating activities necessary for periodic monitoring of workers' health.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan calendar for set of medical examinations and clinical tests managed by the company's competent doctor to assess the health conditions and suitability of workers exposed to occupational hazards
• Manage communication regarding sickleave of operators with department supervisors
Profile Required
The ideal candidate should possess high school education and excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. A determined contract until 31/12/2026 is also a requirement.
