Job Description
As an SDG Innovation Coordinator, you'll contribute to the development of in-house collaborative brands and community-driven projects.
* Contribute to brand storytelling, product design, and creative strategy across products and communities.
* Collaborate with teams to translate insights into practical, SDG-aligned interventions.
* Apply human-centered design thinking to real-world challenges – from research and ideation to prototyping and testing.
Role Responsibilities
You will manage or lead design contests, crowdsourcing ideas for innovative product development. Additionally, you'll lead corporate innovation projects, from understanding client needs to delivering meaningful outcomes.
This role offers room to evolve based on your vision, goals, and contributions. For some, this journey may begin with foundational programs designed to build alignment, accelerate readiness, and foster a shared vision.
Key Skills and Qualifications
A natural problem solver with creative and strategic thinking skills is required for this position. You should be curious, open-minded, and passionate about sustainability.
* Be comfortable working in ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration.
* Collaborative and excited to work across disciplines.
* Familiar with tools like Figma, Miro, Canva, Slack, or ready to learn.
* Fluent in English — and ideally another language.
Benefits
Participate in globally inclusive innovation movements, gain access to practical learning, and collaborate with an international team of creatives and changemakers.
The deeper the alignment, the greater the opportunities. If you're here to co-create rather than just contribute hours, we're excited to explore what we can build together.
Opportunity Overview
This part-time opportunity involves 5 to 10 hours per week of flexible work. Compensation is project-based and experience-aligned.
This isn't just a typical part-time job – it's an evolving journey shaped by shared purpose and real contribution.
