In this role you will design and deliver cloud-based IoT solutions for HVAC and building management. You will work across front‑end and back‑end layers, building APIs and platform features that enable device management, data collection, and subscriptions. - Analyze and implement software requirements for commercial IoT cloud services (building management, maintenance, subscriptions)
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud‑based applications (full stack)
- Build and extend platform functions and features for HVAC and building systems
- Implement RESTful APIs and backend services for device management, data collection, monitoring, diagnostics, and subscriptions
- Develop web interfaces for facility managers and maintenance users with modern web technologies
- Perform unit/integration testing, bug fixes, and system validation
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and problem solving with internal/external teams
- Analyze performance, scalability, and reliability, improving code quality
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and developers to deliver high‑quality services
- Support integration with edge controllers, gateways, and field devices, considering IoT protocols, data models, and security constraints
Responsabilità
- 3+ years of software development experience with hands‑on coding and testing
- Experience in web app development across front‑end and back‑end
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and RESTful services
- Experience with server‑side OO languages such as Java or C#
- Experience with unit testing and code reviews
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) for international collaboration
