The resource will be integrated in our HSE team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologico. The team consists of qualified professionals, including the site’s RSPP, ASPP, a management systems specialist, and an ergonomics specialist.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will collaborate with your tutor in:
- Participation in the preparation of general and specific risk assessment documents.
- Development of procedures and operating instructions related to the Integrated Health, Safety, and Environment System (ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015).
- Incident analysis, near misses, hazardous conditions, and behaviors, and performing root cause analysis.
- Collection and analysis of safety KPIs for continuous improvement and monthly company reporting.
- Verification of regulatory compliance and identification of potential prevention and protection measures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of the Machinery Directive and Health, Safety, and Environment Systems (ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015).
- Fluent Italian (C1) is required.
- Teamwork skills and ability to achieve shared goals.
- Creativity and ability to find unconventional solutions to common problems.
- Desire to gain experience that involves interfacing with different stakeholders within the company
