We are seeking an Operations professional for our Modena office.
The responsibilities of this role include:
Analyzing and managing claims related to the automotive sector
Communicating with Quality/Logistics offices to resolve claims
Organizing transport for the return of damaged materials
Analyzing defects to suggest process improvements
The required skills and experience for this role include:
Previous experience in inbound/outbound back office activities
Good knowledge of English
Good knowledge of LN move
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel)
