Overview

Per Voith Paper srl (Italia), we are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician/Mechanical Assistance Technician to join the team. The role includes a professional path for specialized maintenance interventions on paper production lines. An international training path is offered within group subsidiaries. The position involves component revision interventions both at the company workshop and at customer sites with short notice. Reading of technical drawings and schematics in mechanical and mechatronic fields is required. Travel is planned primarily within Italy with occasional short international trips in Europe and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance and specialized interventions on paper production lines, both at the workshop and at customer sites.
* Carry out revisions of mechanical and mechatronic components, reading drawings and technical schematics.
* Coordinate and execute maintenance tasks with attention to quality and results; work independently and with dynamism.
* Travel mainly within Italy and occasional short international trips in Europe and the Middle East.
Qualifications
* Diploma or qualification in mechanical/mechatronic field.
* Basic spoken and written English.
* Preferred: 3–5 years of prior experience in the papermaking sector in similar roles.
* Preferred: certificates for forklift trucks and overhead cranes.
* Immediate availability.
