Location: Milan As HR Advisor and reporting to the HR Manager Italy, you will provide support in HR topics locally. Your main responsibilities will be: - Be the focal point for employees HR queries - Handle the onboarding of new colleagues in Italy; - Support on people processes, compensation and benefits; - Assist on general HR administration and payroll activities; - Coordinate internal HR communication; - Support on development and training of the workforce; - Collaborate on projects with HR Colleagues across Statkraft in different geographies at local and regional level Qualifications: - University degree within a relevant field of HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences; - Ideal 2-year experience in HR in an international environment; - A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills - Basic knowledge of local employment legislation (knowledge of the CCNL Commercio will be considered a plus); - The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks; - Proactive and solution-oriented approach - A practical doer who delivers quality results on time; - Strong organisational and time management skills; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
