Experteer OverviewAs HR Business Partner for Italy Operations (Shoes in Scandicci and RTW in Novara), you will drive end-to-end people management and advisory support across the employee lifecycle. You'll partner with line managers to align HR processes with business needs, oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent processes, and ensure Italian labour law compliance. You will travel regularly to on-site locations to provide close, proactive HR support and contribute to a high-performing work environment. This role offers exposure to strategic HR projects and close collaboration with HQ in Paris within a global luxury brand.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with line managers on day-to-day HR topics and people managementManage recruitment activities aligned with business needsCoordinate induction and onboarding for new hiresPrepare HR documentation across the employee lifecycle (hiring, promotions, changes, disciplinary actions, exits) ensuring complianceHandle HR administrative tasks (Workday, Talent Match) with accurate documentationEnsure core HR processes (performance reviews, talent reviews, compensation cycles) are implementedSupport organizational topics, workforce planning, and team effectivenessMonitor HR KPIs and provide insights for decisions (HC/costs vs budget, turnover, performance & learning completion)Contribute to training and development initiatives and liaise with external providers/training fundsParticipate in HR projects (Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, Work-life balance) with HQ collaborationQualifications5+ years in HR in a multi-site, structured environmentOperational and advisory HR experience across the employee lifecycleProven recruitment experience for operational and corporate profilesExperience handling disciplinary processes and organizational changesExposure to performance management, compensation cycles and talent processesExperience supporting training and development initiatives is a plusGood knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practicesBachelor in Economics or Humanities; Master in HR a plusFluent in English; French a plusVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Knowledge of HR systems is a plus (Workday, Talent Match)
