PpWe are seeking a skilled and proficient Business Analyst within AFC Compliance Data Domain. In this role, you will be responsible of acting as liaison between Business Compliance and Digital for intensively Data driven processes, define adequate solutioning for answering to business need based on data trends and behavior and support their delivery within multi year and multi country programs /p h3What you can expect from us /h3 ul liCollaborate with AFC business stakeholders and data engineering teams to translate complex business needs into technical solutions. /li liAnalyze large and complex datasets related to digital banking activities to support Compliance AFC processes /li liSupport AFC and regulatory Compliance initiatives through data-driven insights /li liProduce specifications including definition of data gaps, data mapping and transformation logic to satisfy business needs /li liContribute to leading and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of compliance-related initiatives within the digital banking environment /li liEnsure consistent delivery of regulatory commitments related to AFC data driven initiatives /li liDefine and perform data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance data /li liSupport Maintenance Team analyzing incidents, using statistical techniques and query languages, and automating recurring compliance reports/tasks to improve efficiency and reliability /li /ul h3What we expect from you /h3 ul li5-7 years of experience in AFC Compliance Domain /li liFunctional knowledge of Compliance data-driven processes such as: TxM scenario calibration, CRR indicators computation and Data needed to run batch AML processes /li liDemonstrated experience in a banking or financial services environment and multi countries/multi year complex initiatives /li liSolid experience and familiarity with usage of data lake solutions (Palantir, Google) /li liGood programming languages (Python and SQL code) /li liProblem solving attitude /li liBusiness acumen and enterprise knowledge /li liStrong analytical skills and the ability to analyze big volumes of data in order to intercept data behaviors /li liA collaborative mindset, with a track record of working effectively in a team /li /ul h3Our offer to you /h3 p#UnlockYourPotential - People are our greatest asset, thanks to their diverse experiences, skills and perspectives.
