People & Communities (HR) Country Consultant - Italy

Join a dynamic People & Communities Country Acceleration team committed to driving people and culture change initiatives, compliance, and engagement within Italy. The Country Consultant for Italy partners with business leaders to develop and implement impactful People & Culture plans.
Your Impact
As a People & Communities Country Consultant, you will influence internal and external communities by co-designing and executing HR strategies, initiatives, and programs. Your understanding of the business landscape and regional market insights will help shape Cisco’s people agenda.
Responsibilities
* Co-own complex country compliance and legislative requirements
* Design and implement employee engagement, inclusion, collaboration, and other country-level initiatives
* Oversee HR services delivered by People Support
* Lead cross-functional projects such as restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
* Implement benefits strategies in collaboration with partners
* Drive local Cisco Brand strategy
* Support Employee Relations escalations
* Represent Cisco at customer, government, and legislative meetings, conferences, and events, influencing agendas and creating engagement opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven experience as a trusted HR consultant, advisor, and coach
* Deep knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices
* Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills
* Strategic thinker with agility and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications
* Good judgment and ability to manage ambiguity
* Change management skills with influence capabilities
* Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse cultural settings
