The position contributes to the management of traveller and merchant-related processes, supports refund points and lounges, and ensures compliance with invoicing and reporting requirements, acting as a key local interface between operations, customer service, fraud prevention, and accounting functions.

Main duties and responsibilities
- The different tasks related the Suspect Frauds and maintaining a collaboration with Central Fraud Prevention team;
- Contact the merchants to verify suspicious transactions;
- Cooperate with Processing/Customer Service central divisions about Traveller's complaints and all processing tasks where local Country will be involved;
- Support to Own Refund Point, Lounges and Merchant Service for reporting / results / complaints / issues;
- VAT OFF Invoicing/Reports;
