We are currently looking for an IT Security Officer to join our IT Department.
How you will contribute
* Manage the Information Security Program to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s data, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and supporting Kering Eyewear’s Security Program strategic objectives. Develop security strategies including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and cybersecurity awareness and training.
* Perform risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
* Stay informed about emerging security threats and advise management on appropriate countermeasures.
* Promote the company’s information security reputation and serve as a security subject matter expert, supporting IT and development teams and customer meetings as needed.
* Develop and maintain the company’s Security Policies, Procedures, and Standards, including compliance evaluation, disaster recovery, emergency procedures, incident response, and testing of security measures.
* Implement and maintain security measures to prevent unauthorized access and protect against threats.
* Conduct ongoing security monitoring and assessments of information systems, including risk assessments and compliance analyses.
* Support internal security risk management activities related to security, privacy, audit, and compliance.
* Implement programs or projects that address security needs and mitigate risks.
* Manage critical security programs such as application security, business continuity, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
Who you are
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security.
* At least 5 years of project leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of relevant IT and security technologies.
* Experience with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR.
* Cloud security expertise.
* Ability to communicate security and risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.
