The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people. - Location:_ Robilante Responsiblities: 1) Project Management Excellence: Support the Director C.o.E. Project Management to develop, manage & monitor proper e2e project governance, guidelines & best practices, communication, and performance management 2) Engineering Guidance: Responsible to trigger the Engineering Excellence, starting from guidance necessity among engineers, OPS, sustainability, HS and preparing ad hoc guidelines and trainings 3) Engineering Quality & Control: Responsible among engineers to foster the mindset of “Quality & Control”, ensuring the proper QA/QC processes implementation 4) Engineering Methodologies & Tools: Accountable to maintain/update, and integrate all engineering methodologies and tools within handbooks and guidelines aiming at safe, sustainable, cost-effective, efficient, and quality-proof mineral processing facilities 5) Engineering Auditing, Efficiency, and Best Practices: Auditing regularly all the engineering activities, to escalate issues and re-working, to ensure best practices implementation and to collect lessons learned (Continuous Improvement) 6) Knowledge Management & Lessons Learnt: Contribute to Knowledge Management, regularly identifying and managing “lessons learned” sharing, preparing consequent guidance documents and trainings 7) Engineering Document Management: Accountable for all issued documents and guidelines to ensure proper storage in an accessible SharePoint area with a document structure enabling easy and smart search and retrieving 8) Engineering Knowledge Sharing: Accountable to promote the guidelines use through a proper communication planning and management 9) Engineering Benchmark: Benchmark internal WoW with other players and competitors to ensure competitiveness 10) Technological Scouting: Facilitate the technological scouting among the team, foster the culture of the best available technology fit for the use About You: - Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Design, Process Automation, Electrical Design or Civil Design)- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (preferably mining)- Proven Project Management experience (International Project Management certifications, 5 years of experience)- Experience in the Continuous Improvement of Engineering Processes- English and Local language of the country of base and main operations - proficient verbal & writing Inclusive Team Culture: Sibelco recognises the strength of our diverse global workforce and values difference and inclusion for all.
