Ph3Summary of the position /h3 pThe SIOP Manager EMEA is a high-impact leadership role responsible for orchestrating the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process across the Aftermarket business. A critical component of this role is leading the digital evolution of planning capabilities by leveraging Kinaxis Maestro. The successful candidate will transition the organization from legacy, siloed planning to a high-velocity, concurrent planning environment that improves agility, service levels, and working capital. /p h3Main Duties Responsibilities /h3 h3Digital Transformation Kinaxis Maestro Leadership /h3 ul liServe as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring it is the single source of truth for planning activities. /li liLead the shift from sequential planning to concurrent execution, ensuring demand changes reflect instantly across supply and capacity plans. /li liUse Maestro for advanced scenario modeling and AI-driven insights to improve demand sensing and automate exception management. /li /ul h3End-to-End SIOP Orchestration /h3 ul liLead the monthly SIOP cycle including Portfolio Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive Financial Reconciliation. /li liAlign demand inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Finance with statistical forecasts to reach consensus. /li liManage production/assembly planning and material planning, partnering with Operations/Warehouse Management to identify capacity constraints and develop mitigation strategies. /li /ul h3Demand Planning /h3 ul liEnsure accurate demand forecasting to anticipate customer needs. /li liAnalyze variances between forecast and actual demand and adjust plans to sustain customer satisfaction.Review D2D updates from actual customer orders and, if necessary, compare monthly/yearly plan and provide escalation strategies partnering with Customer Service and Sales. /li /ul h3Supply Planning /h3 ul liCreate rolling 12-month forecasts for suppliers aligned with production capacity. /li liManage supplier relationships, material master data, and ensure/support timely execution of purchase orders. /li liAssess freight options and maintain stable delivery schedules to distribution centers. /li /ul h3Inventory Optimization /h3 ul liImplement ABC/XYZ analysis and multi-echelon inventory optimization to achieve budget targets. /li liMonitor excess and obsolete inventory and collaborate on action plans. /li liStrictly control DOH development for product groups. /li /ul h3Performance Management Analytics /h3 ul liEstablish and report KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Inventory DOH, and EO. /li liIdentify cost-saving opportunities and service level enhancements through data-driven analysis. /li /ul h3Team Leadership Change Management /h3 ul liSet clear expectations, provide feedback, and manage team performance. /li liDrive cultural shift from manual workflows to system-driven planning. /li /ul h3Requirement Skills /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience in demand and supply planning within the Automotive industry (Aftermarket experience is a plus) /li liSOP and global supply chain experience considered a strong asset /li liFluency in English /li liDegree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field /li liERP system experience (SAP / Oracle / CMS) /li liMM/PP Key User knowledge /li liIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis) /li liStrong knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and SOP processes /li liKnowledge and experience using APICS global standards /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liContract Type: Permanent /li liSmart Working: Hybrid model /li liLocation: Burolo (TO), Italy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
