Position OverviewRalph Lauren is looking for Administrative and Logistics Intern to join the Sourcing Men's Team Italy based in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) for a 6‐month internship. The intern will be supporting the team in different activities related to international shipments, relations with vendors, payments, data maintenance, etc.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport in all operation activities related to mainly system data upload in different stages of collection and production and shipments tracking. Participate with the team in activities related to interactions with suppliers and external companies during diverse phases from development to production. Onboard new vendors and related activities. Follow‐up with payments at development and production stage, payment status, invoices outstanding. Support on rebilling activities, payments withdrawing, vendor's invoice data. Purchase Order supporting activities and info maintenance in systems. Coordinate outbound and inbound international shipments, data collecting and all related documents to support transit.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
4‐year college degree, preferred or equivalent experience
Good verbal and written (email) communication in English, fluent in Italian
Proficient in all computer systems: Intermediate to advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables, V‐lookups, etc.), PowerPoint, Word
Team working
Plus, if you have experience in SAP‐PLM‐GEF
