The Merchant Service Specialist supports ordinary and ad hoc activities of the Merchant Services team, ensuring a high-quality office environment and efficient operational support to the Sales Team, Administration, and all GB departments. Reporting to the Merchant Services & Inside Sales Manager, the role also contributes to enhancing Global Blue’s service offering and acts as a key support to the Sales Team. Main Activities: Merchant support hotline, email accounts & customer service for all merchants’ questions, entry point of Global Blue for retail industry in Italy; Contract management, set up, control and implement new merchants under the guidelines in work; Internal reports; Credit note copies to merchant; Manage contract terminations and update sell-in/sell-out data in a specifical internal system Other duties as assigned; Reporting and collaboration The role reports to Merchant Services & Inside Sales Manager Key competencies Effective verbal and written communication; Strong customer orientation and team spirit; Flexibility,resilience, and ability to manage shifting priorities; Proactive and results-driven attitude; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and invoicing tools; Good commandof English;
