Secretary/Receptionist

Position Overview:
the Secretary/Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners.
Support event planning and coordination.
Update and maintain contact lists and databases.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or secretarial certification preferred
Possibly, some experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent English
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
