The opportunity
For our BU Transformers based in Monselice, we are looking for an HSE Specialist.
How You’ll Make An Impact
1. Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
2. Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions.
3. Investigate accidents and liaise with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
4. Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
5. Conduct audits and inspections inside the factory and on-site to ensure compliance with organizational and government standards related to employee health, safety, and environmental conditions.
6. Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illnesses, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information to regulatory agencies.
7. Conduct risk assessments.

Your background
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field in HSE.
2. Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management.
3. Interest in the industrial field.
4. Proactivity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
5. Fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.
