The successful intern will support the Data Management and IT Coordination Team in the following areas, by performing the related tasks:ResponsibilitiesGenerali Investments Holding IT Budget Management:Oversee the management of the IT budget, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and within budgetary constraintsPrepare and present budget reports to senior managementMonitor expenditures and implement cost‑saving measures where possibleIT Project List Management:Maintain and update the investment project list, ensuring all projects are accurately documented and trackedCoordinate with project managers to ensure timely updates and progress reportsGroup Reporting Management:Manage the preparation and distribution of IT Cost and Project reports to the GroupCollaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather necessary dataDORA TPM Management:Oversee the management of DORA TPM (Digital Operational Resilience Act - Third Party Management) processesEnsure compliance with DORA regulations and guidelinesCoordinate with third‑party vendors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and performance standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related fieldProven experience in third‑party risk management, preferably within the financial services industryExposure to asset management or financial services industry would be a plusExcellent problem‑solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills and team‑oriented mindsetFluency in English, both written and spokenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in using risk management software and tools
